While in Edmonton in the fall of 2002, I took time out with an artist friend to visit Elk Island Provincial Park where herds of Prairie Bison roam freely. There weren't many around, but two young males who were no longer welcome in the main herds were close enough to the road to photograph. This is another painting in my “Old Masters Colours Series”.
