This is the sixth painting in my "Old Masters Colours" series which combines a high-realism main subject, abstract background and limited palette of "old masters" colours. The setting of this painting is the Black Mountain Rodeo in Kelowna. What I tried to depict was the feeling of "...I've made it through another day!"
