This is the third in my "Healing" trilogy. The first painting, "Healing Circle" was commissioned for the cover of Jenny Hill's book "Circle of Healing" relating the stories of the survivors of Canada's Residential Schools. This trilogy symbolizes the ongoing struggle to recognize and achieve healing for those survivors. This painting depicts an area on Okanagan Lake that was transformed from a place of disharmony to one of peace, through native spiritual ceremonies.
